There are no current issues.
The transport rules in Exchange for encrypted email were changed from leveraging Barracuda Cloud to now use Exchange Online native encrypted email functionality.
Impact: There should be no impact to users. The same rules still apply, but the routing of the encrypted email has changed.

Exchange Online was updated to enable Modern Authentication (OAUTH2). The Office 365 client has picked up the configuration and is using OAUTH2. Please report any email authentication issues to the service desk.
