ITI Systems received notification of a failure of one of the ESX hosts supporting the virtual environment for Marshall University. We are investigating

Impact: Low

Affected Applications: Servers that were hosted on the failed node are being rebooted on surviving cluster members.

Faulty hardware replaced.

After working with the hardware vendor we identified a failed memory module. Internal ticket 10181 has been created for tracking. Replacement part is scheduled to arrive by 10:00 AM 31-JAN-19. The rest of the virtual environment is operating as expected.
