Controller 1 on the FS8600 has a hung process causing it to not communicate correctly with its peer. We are working with the vendor to solve this issue. The current recommendation is to reboot the affected controller. Any open sessions on the affected controller will be forcefully closed. Share access should not be interrupted.

The vendor validated that the controller is functioning normally. Issue is resolved.

The reboot completed without incident. ITI Systems will continue to monitor over the next 24 hours.

Controller 1 will be rebooted at 8:00 PM tonight, Any open sessions on controller 1 will be disconnected. Dell anticipates the reboot process to be 10-20 minutes.
