ITI Systems was notified of a failed exchange server (muexch03). The server is rebooting. We are investigating the cause.
Affected Applications: Exchange Mail (on-prem), Calendar, UM
Hardware diagnostics completed successfully and server brought out of maintenance.
ITI Systems identified an out of memory condition that forced the cluster services to reboot the node. We are currently running hardware diagnostics. Mail services have not been disrupted.
We have removed muexch03 from the active pool of email servers to investigate the cause of the crash. Email services have not been affected.
