Poly VVX handset are failing to authenticate Monday 1st June 2020 12:01 AM


ITIC has received multiple tickets regards Poly VVX handset unable to sign in. We are currently investigating the cause.

Impact: Major

Affected Applications: Potentially all Poly VVX handsets, upon reregistration.

We were able to apply a fix to the Poly VVX handsets.

ITIC has developed a procedure to address this issue. The procedure requires changes directly to the Polycom VXX which can be performed remotely. Please open a ticket if your are experiencing login issues.
